Home Cleansing

I will visit your home or business to perform an energetic space cleansing. This will release unwanted and residual energy and replace it with clean energy that flows with love and abundance.

What To Expect
Prior to Reiki or Sound Bowl Session
Please dress comfortably before your Reiki or Sound Bowl Session and remove all jewelry. Heavy jewelry and different metals can hold energy and affect the session. This will help you relax and fully benefit from the energy session.
Please let me know if you have any allergies or are sensitive to certain smells, such as candles, oils, and incense. Also, please let me know if you have any injuries that prevent you from lying down or sitting in certain positions. I want to make your experience peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable.

During the Session
My Usui Reiki method is mostly hands-off with minimal touching. The session will begin by leading you into a meditative and relaxed state through guided meditation. I will then begin an energy scan of your body, noting energy centers and chakras that need to be balanced. I will move energy through you and balance your energy, facilitating relaxation and healing.
If sound bowls are used in the session, I will use seven Tibetan bowls corresponding to each chakra, facilitating healing and balancing your chakras and energy. I aim to provide a peaceful, relaxing, and healing experience.
After the Session
Once the session is complete, you will feel relaxed and at ease and sleep well that night. For the next three days, it is important to get adequate rest and stay hydrated. I will contact you the next day to check on you and see how you’re feeling, and ask if you have any experiences you would like to share.
